VidFrame AI ("VidFrame AI", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is dedicated to protecting the personal data of our users ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, store, and safeguard your information when you use our video automation platform, studio applications, and APIs.
By accessing VidFrame AI, creating character personas, or connecting third-party social accounts, you consent to the data collection and handling practices described in this policy.

We collect only information necessary to deliver and support our video studio services:
Account & Profile Information
When you register, we collect your full name, email address, profile avatar, and a secure cryptographic password hash. We never store your password in plain text.
Persona & Generation Content
We store the character definitions you create (name, personality traits, visual style presets, lighting and framing options), prompt instructions, generated scripts, and final rendered video files (MP4) in secure cloud storage.
Social Media OAuth Permissions
When you link an account (e.g., Instagram Reels via Meta OAuth), we receive an OAuth access token, Instagram username, connected Facebook Page ID, and platform account identifiers. We never ask for, see, or store your Instagram or Facebook password.
Billing & Wallet Transaction Records
We maintain an itemized record of prepaid wallet recharges, debit timestamps, seconds rendered per video, and generated 18% GST tax invoices. Credit card and banking transactions are processed securely by PCI-DSS certified payment gateways (Razorpay); we do not store full payment card numbers.
3. How We Use Your Information
- Video Synthesis & Rendering: To feed your persona DNA and prompt parameters into rendering pipelines and produce captioned video assets.
- Social Media Publishing: To dispatch completed videos directly to your authorized Instagram accounts at the times configured in your active schedules.
- Billing & Account Management: To calculate holds and exact duration settlements in your INR wallet, and issue downloadable GST tax invoices.
- Security & Abuse Prevention: To monitor for automated brute-force attacks, protect accounts, and enforce content safety guidelines.
4. Third-Party Services & Data Sharing
We do not share your personal data with third parties except as strictly necessary to operate the platform:
- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram Graph API): Used solely to upload and publish approved video reels to your authorized Instagram creator/business account upon your instruction.
- Payment Gateways (Razorpay): Used to handle INR wallet recharges and process financial transactions under PCI-DSS compliance.
- Secure Cloud Storage: Storing temporary video assets, character thumbnails, and tax invoices using signed, short-lived presigned URLs.
We do not sell, rent, or monetize your personal information or content to any third-party advertisers or data brokers.

6. User Data Deletion Instructions
In accordance with Meta Developer Platform requirements, GDPR, and Indian DPDP standards, you have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time.
Option A: Self-Serve In-App Account Deletion (Recommended)
- Log into your VidFrame AI account.
- Navigate to Settings in the main navigation.
- Scroll down to the Account Deletion section.
- Click Delete Account and confirm your choice.
- Your account immediately enters a 7-day grace period. All active schedules are immediately frozen so no further videos are generated or posted.
- If you do not cancel the deletion request within 7 days, all your character personas, generated videos, connected social tokens, and personal profile records are permanently and irreversibly purged from our production databases. Note: Statutory tax invoices and financial transaction ledgers are retained in anonymized form as mandated by Indian taxation and audit compliance laws.
Option B: Revoking Access via Instagram / Meta Settings
- Open the Instagram app or visit instagram.com on your computer.
- Go to your Profile > Settings and Privacy > Website Permissions > Apps and Websites.
- Locate VidFrame AI under the Active tab.
- Click Remove to immediately revoke VidFrame AI's access to your Instagram account.
Option C: Direct Email Deletion Request
You may also email us directly at [email protected] with the subject line "User Data Deletion Request" from your registered email address. Our privacy engineering team will verify your identity, execute the deletion, and confirm completion within 48 business hours.
